CRS Tulane has decided to raise awareness about the negative effects of the porn industry on individuals as well as populations across the globe with Fight the New Drug's #nopornnovember campaign. There are nearly 2 million women and girls who are victims of the Sex Trafficking industry in the United States at any given time. The porn industry fuels the demand for men's "use, abuse, and torture of women, girls, and boys for sadistic personal pleasure" (Westen "Want to Stop Sex Trafficking? Look to America's Porn Addiction").
